Just thought I would let everyone know that we harvested the new pond in Soloy and the harvest was great.  The man that is running the pond is so excited about fish that he has started digging a second pond already and has plans for three more.  We also butchered a hog from the first hog project.  The meat was used by the family as well as being sold locally.  I helped the people with the hog project analyze the market and we found that the best profit margin was in feeding out feeder pigs so we are planning on continuing the hog project that way.  I am now back in the States for a few weeks speaking in some churches, before heading back to Ecuador.
